4th stage: The final stage that we are going to encounter in a break up experience is acceptance. Often, the very best way to deal with a break up is to accept the fact that our association was never intended to last. We just need to be happy that we have tried the magic of love -- even if for a short while -- with someone whom we really loved. At this stage, you understand that it is over and you probably will be willing to meet some new people to potentially date.
